LivEra is a student housing discovery platform that connects students with verified property owners near educational institutions in Pune. We provide:

Verified property listings with real photos and transparent pricing
Search and filter tools to find suitable housing
Visit scheduling and inquiry features
Direct communication between students and property owners

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use the platform for any illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission

5. Property Listings

While we verify all listings on our platform, LivEra acts as an intermediary and does not own or manage any properties. We are not responsible for:

The condition of any property after our verification visit
Disputes between tenants and property owners
Rental agreements or financial transactions between parties

6. Zero Brokerage Policy

LivEra does not charge any brokerage or service fees to students. Our platform is free for students to use. Property owners may be subject to listing fees in the future, which will be communicated separately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LivEra platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LivEra and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

LivEra is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to other users or the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
